Dudash Farms has been in operation and providing quality products since 2005 in beautiful Jefferson County, Tennessee. We are BQA (beef quality assurance), Advanced Master Beef Producer certified and completed UT's Farm Manager program in 2021. We raise all of our beef the way we want to consume it: grass fed, no artificial hormones, and no antibiotics. And our pigs are free-range and supplemented with moonshine mash.
Our cattle are born and raised in Jefferson County, TN. We raise Angus and Angus/Wagyu cross that creates a very tender and flavorful product. Our cattle are raised to 18 to 24 months then processed at a USDA inspected facility where each cut is inspected, vacuum sealed, labeled for retail sale and frozen. Our pastured pigs are raised to 6-8 months and are then processed at a USDA inspected facility in the same quality fashion as our cattle.
Our beef and pork products are also available at the Dandridge Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, 8:00-12:00 noon, from late April to mid-October. You can also find our products year-round at Martha's Market in historic downtown Dandridge, TN. If you don't feel like cooking you can try our finished products at Old Mill Pottery House Cafe in Pigeon Forge, TN.
